Andrew still has plenty of growing up to do, experience to gain, discipline to inherit, self reflection, anger management, and a bit of self control to learn. Since he wants to become the best truck driver he could be, he automatically absorbed some of the attributes and habits of his trainers (and not necessarily the good habits and attributes). 

  Andrew likes to do things his way and dislikes being told what to do. He dislikes how he has to put up with the crazy nonsense that goes on over the road, but has set forth disciplinary goals to learn how to deal with it so he can achieve his ultimate goals. 

 Andrew is usually easy to get along with and a very honest and friendly person, unless the person he meets doesn't like him for any reason, or he's in a bad mood due to all the crazy bullshit, asshole people, and stresses of being a truck driver while on the road. 

  Andrew isn't afraid to return an attitude or passive aggression to someone which tends to get him in trouble, and it's because he's the professional and should know better than to stoop down to anyones pathetic level who are trying to drag him down.
