Mini Bio
James Dawn, most commonly referred to as simply "Jimmie", is the owner and founder of Doggonit Transport, a trucking company based out of Vista Valley City.
To help prevent the loss of profits and ensure the safety of his drivers on the road, Jimmie and his best friend, Chandler Adams, established the super hero team known as "Dispatch 7".
Jimmie dawns the persona of an old western gunslinger while he fights against threats against his company, his drivers, his friends, and pretty much everyone else on the road in order to help keep America moving, safe, and profitable.
Super Analysis
James is an engineering genius, capable of building his own personal vehicles from scratch and upgrading them with unprecedented and personalized technology and features. On top of that, he can drive or fly pretty much any vehicle ever invented, especially aircraft.
James spent years building and polishing his quick draw reflexes which led to an almost supernatural ability to foresee an opponents movement before it happens with a telegraphing ability at least ten times more acute than a professional boxer. He calls it the "Luck Draw" which means every standoff, he always shoots first and on top of that, he never misses, even when he misses...
This is certainly due to supernatural luck where if he missed a shot, his round will find a way to hit the opponent one way or the other through some crazy, trick-shot means. Now this would've been considered luck the first time it happened, but it's every time. James grew to think of it as a gift.
The only thing that really gets in the way of any of his strengths is his occasional overconfidence and blaring ego that sometimes leads him to underestimate situations or overestimate his human abilities in other situations.

Backstory
Jimmie served in the U.S Air Force, working his way up the ranks and becoming an E-7 sergeant airman after years of critically successful missions and operations. Unfortunately, his career ended with this rank when he was dishonorably discharged for refusing an order that would've saw the murder of hundreds of thousands of innocent people from his own aircraft.
After getting kicked out of the air force, Jimmie sought the high and thrill he would often get while flying faster than the speed of sound through the sky, and found this high right there in his home city. After discovering his love for a certain type of drug, Jimmie developed a problem with it and went on to do some more crazy stuff while under its influence. A drug fueled event led him to his first arrest but luckily, a call to his folks out in the midwest saved him from just shy of a dime in the can.
James was bailed out by his uncle Wade but with only one condition: he had to drive for him at his trucking company and work until the bail money was back in uncle Wades pocket. Any fuck up, and he'd be back on his ass.
After a few years of driving for Uncle Wade, Jimmie saved up enough money to start his own company, calling it "Doggonit Transport".
