Introduction
Count Critzey is the Grotesque Assistant of Lord Necrow but he was originally titled, pet, because his true form is a bat-like critter, named, Critter.
As Count Critzey, this vampire usually serves to assist Creep Gang in whatever crazy event is bestowed upon Death Valley and beyond, providing his vast knowledge of dimensions and realms and sometimes his combat skills with a saber.

Death Story
Count Critzey was created by Necrow as a bat-like creature as a pet, and named him, Critter. However, Critter was a horny, sleazy degenerate, and often got on Necrow's nerves. One day, after getting kicked out of Grimm Mountain for reasons Necrow will not discuss, Critter wandered about Death Valley until he came across a small, bunch of gummies. After eating one of the gummies, Critter is hit with a scary and profound experience. The experience must've activated something in his creature brain, and suddenly, Critter disliked his sleazy and horny nature and least of all his own appearance, so he turned himself into a person. Or at least what looked like a person to him. Critter didn't know that because he was a "vampire bat", his new form took the essence of a vampire instead of a regular person.
He adopted the new name and title, Count Critzey, Grotesque Assistant of Lord Necrow.
