Gravestone lived in the 3rd Dimension, and died in the 90's of America. He lived a life of crime and violence, going out with his crew to do anything they could to scrounge up money. When one of his friends suggests they rob a grave that he believed was filled with jewels and other valuables, Gregory Johnson didn't hesitate to join in. 

   However, he discovered that his friend was working as a double agent for their rivals and the grave robbing job was a set up. After a lengthy shootout with their rivals at the cemetery, the police finally arrive on the scene, causing everyone to disperse except for Gregory and a few of his friends who had either been shot, killed or were now trapped in the cemetery. with no other way out of the situation, Gregory came up with a brilliant plan. He hid in a coffin in a grave that had been dug up for some reason, hoping to wait out the police and the scene. The violent crime scene investigation took longer than he thought, and he ended up stuck in that coffin waiting until he fell asleep. 

   Gregory woke up to the sound of dirt being poured over him and trapping him underground, burying him alive.
